Hon James Abiodun Faleke f the ruling All Peoples Congress, (APC) has congratulated the reelected Governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke, formerly with the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) and now with Accord Party
He told Peoples Daily Newspaper he would like to commend the good people of Osun State for coming out in large numbers to exercise their civic responsibility and participate in the democratic process.
According to him, “I would also like to congratulate the Governor and candidate of the Accord Party, Governor Ademola Nurudeen Adeleke, on his re-election as Governor of Osun State. I wish him a successful tenure and urge him to continue to work for the peace, progress, and development of the state.
“I equally commend the candidate of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Oyebamiji, for his very good outing and for the commitment, dedication, and sportsmanship demonstrated throughout the electoral process.” He said
The Politician said the election was a clear testament that democracy remains alive and vibrant in our country. It also demonstrated the commitment of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration to upholding democratic values and ensuring that the will of the people is respected.
Hon Fakeke commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the peaceful conduct of the election and for demonstrating independence in the discharge of its responsibilities.
Hon Faleke who is the
Member, representing Ikeja Federal Constituency and chairman, House of Representatives committee on Finance thanks the security agencies and all security personnel deployed across the state for their professionalism and for ensuring a peaceful and orderly electoral process.
Hon Faleke said, once again, I appreciate the people of Osun State for their resilience, peaceful conduct, and commitment to democracy.
