FCT ALGON boss, Maikalangu mourns late Chief of Madalla, Zakwoei

The Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), FCT Chapter, and Executive Chairman of the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Hon. Christopher Zakka Maikalangu, has expressed deep condolences over the passing of Chief John Akuchi Zakwoei, the Chief of Madalla, who died at the age of 61.

In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Kingsley Madaki, the AMAC Chairman paid tribute to the late traditional ruler, describing him as a revered and impactful member of the Madalla community and its Traditional Council.

Maikalangu offered prayers for the late traditional leader and called on the family and the wider Madalla community to draw comfort from his legacy of service.

“May Almighty God grant Late Chief John Akuchi Zakwoei eternal rest and give the family the strength and comfort to bear this great loss.

“May his soul rest in perfect peace. Amen,” the statement quoted  Maikalangu praying.

The FCT ALGON boss assured the bereaved family of his ongoing prayers and support, encouraging them to remain resilient during this period of grief.
