The FCT Christian Pilgrim Welfare Board (FCT-CPWB) says it is set to commence preparations for December 2025 Christian Pilgrimage to Jordan and Israel, following the issuance of a circular to that effect.
Director of FCT Pilgrim Welfare Board, Gloria Dandam who made this known in an interview with Journalists in Abuja noted that the Board was given one thousand slots like other states of the Federation.
Dandam, who stated that the board advised FCT residents interested to participate in the 2025 December Pilgrimage to start payment.
He added that the Federal Government has maintained the subvention of three million naira per head.
According to Dandam who encouraged philanthropists, churches and other wealthy Nigerians to support in paying for some people interested to go to Israel and Jordan to observe the the spirit exercise.
He noted that traveling to Israel and Jordan for Pilgrimage derived a huge benefit to individual and country at large.
It could be recalled that the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) issued circular directing all states Pilgrim Welfare Board including FCT to actively start preparing for the December 2025 main pilgrimage, which is part of the larger November 2025 to February 2026 pilgrimage season.
