The management of the National Chronicle newspaper/magazine has conferred outstanding transparent community service life time achievement award/personality of the year 2018 award on the principal of the FCT School of Nursing Gwagwalada, Abuja, Hajiya Binta Bello Dambatta.
Performing the award ceremony, the publisher/editor-in-chief of the chronicle newspaper/magazine, Dr. Godwin Nyitse, said the award was bestowed on the principal based on her outstanding contributions towards the progress of health sector.
Nyitse commended the principal for providing purposeful leadership capable of satisfying the aspirations of the students as well the staff within the short period of time she assumed office.
His words: “We are indeed privileged to honour a modest woman of high pedigree whose achievements in the past one year has proven her to be a leading light of modern Day Nigeria democratic leadership who is bringing development to the FCT School of Nursing Gwagwalada”.
He said: Hajiya Binta Bello Dambatta has an understanding and intimidating academic credentials, her intellectual contributions and achievements in educational development in Nigeria shall not go unnoticed.
Responding, the awardee of the day, Hajiya Binta Bello Dambatta, thanked the management of the Chronicle newspaper/magazine for the honour done to her.
