FCT: Wawa Council wants AMAC chair to fulfill promise

The members of Wawa Council , Aco estate in Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) have called on the chairman of AMAC, Hon. Abdullahi Candido to fulfill his promise made to the council.
Speaking on behalf of the council members after a courtesy visit to the chairman, His Royal Highness Ezeudo (Dr) Tobias Obiechina, said the purpose of the visit was to inform the chairman on the need to repair the dilapidated roads in Aco estate.
Obiechina explained that the council chairman told the members of Wawa Council that the management of the Area Council did not have the money to embark on the road construction now, but promised to do something before the 2019 elections in Aco estate.
His words:” We the members of Wawa Council were happy based on the promises made by the chairman during our visitation”.
Ezeudo, therefore, said the igbos in Aco estate were ready to support the chairman for his re-election for the second term in office.
