Federal Polytechnic Bida has matriculated no fewer than 5,397 students for 2023/24 academic session for both National Diploma and Higher National Diploma students in 7 schools.
The Rector of the Institution, Engineer Dr. Baba Aliyu Haruna made the disclosure during the official matriculating ceremony held in Bida, saying that 2,244 students were admitted for the various national diploma programmes and 3,153 for higher national diploma programmes respectively.
Dr Aliyu Haruna warned against students involvement in any kind of anti social activities which include; exam practices, cultism, indecent dressing, cohabitation, drug abuse.
He assured to promote the welfare of staff and students as priority.
The Rector emphasized that his administration is carryingout verification of students acclaimed entrance results to authenticate their results and anyone found wanting will be shown the way out accordingly.
