The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Housing & Urban Development,Kogi State, ESV. Zainab T. Obadaki has explained reasons why Estate Management need multifaceted approach.
ESV. Obadaki made the disclosure in Lokoja, Kogi State, yesterday.
She said that Estate management involves overseeing and coordinating all activities related to property management, ensuring optimal performance and value.
The PermSec explained that Estate management are those who managed properties and land assets, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities.
“This includes collecting rent, dealing with repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining the overall value of the property”.
She said that Estate managers play a crucial role in ensuring that properties are wellmaintained, tenants are satisfied, and owners achieve their financial goals.
She said that estate management is a multifaceted field that requires a blend of skills and knowledge to ensure the efficient operation of properties.
