Ode who said this at the weekend during a parley with journalists at his residence in Makurdi, averred that the state earnestly needs development.
The erstwhile minister regretted that the state has remained in one spot while the rest of the world is moving on, boasting that if given the opportunity to govern the state, he has the qualities to make a difference.
“I know the State very well. I have function in the local government system, the State government structure, and was privilege by the Grace of God to function in the Federal cabinet and coupled with all the intellectual attainment, I believe that my thought process is properly positioned to serve the State.”
