The Chief Operating Officer of Globacom Nigeria, Mr. Mohamed Jameel has said that the telecom company was committed to promoting unity, growth and development of the country, by sponsoring a mini television movie that would give a sneak preview of the great future awaiting the country.
The mini movie will feature children, articulating the achievements of the country in the last 100 years and where the country hopes to be in future.
According to him, Globacom would continue to support the country in order to engender sustainable development and improve the lives of Nigerians.
‘we share the vision of the country to become one of the top 20 economies of the world by the year 2020, and we believe that this is achievable only through unity, which is reinforced by celebrating the
ties that hold the country together’ Jameel said According to him, the centenary anniversary of the creation of the entity called Nigeria presents a unique opportunity for the country to celebrate the common values uniting the nation in spite of its rich cultural diversity.
