Gombe state governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has signed 2025 budget and the disability protection bill into law.
Governor Yahaya who confirmed the two bills signed at the government house chamber on Monday in Gombe.
He said the 2025 appropriation bill has a theme; ‘budget of commitment and resilience.’
It would be recalled that governor Yahaya on the 19th of November 2024 presented a budget of N320 billion before the floor of the House of Assembly with 60 percent recurrent expenditure.
He assured that the recurrent expenditure will go along way in assisting the people.
After scrutiny of the budget at the House of Assembly, another N50 billion was added making a total of N370 billion which was earmarked by the government to benefit the people.
