Gombe inter-party council gets new officials

The Inter-Party Advisory Council of Nigeria(IPAC) in Gombe state on Tuesday elected its new officials that will handle the affairs of the council.

The election was said to have been conducted at the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

It was said to be a free and fair election.

Speaking shortly after the election, the newly elected chairman, Mr. Mohammed Aliyu Gana said the conduct of the election was aimed at improving on some leakages where the past officials left behind.
