Gombe: NGO trains right holders on need to end gender based violence

A non governmental organisations, the motherhen development foundation with the support of Voice has trained right holders on the need to put an end of gender based violence amongst women.
The project officer of the voice Miss Linda Ayuba Tiput made this known on Wednesday in Gombe at a two day training held at Amina hall.
She said the training was aimed at improving the skills of the right holders to sensitize their communities to put an end to gender based violence.
According to her, the project is iniated to carryout its primary functions by engaging relevant stakeholders including the traditional and religious leaders among others on the need to creating awareness to their communities.
