Benue State Governor Rev Fr Hyacinth Alia said his government is determined to face its responsibility of developing and growing the State in all sectors.
The Governor who said this at the weekend in Makurdi during the unveiling of the State new symbol and anthem, averred that his adminiatration is working tirelessly to improve on the State infrastructures as well as all other sectors including health and education.
He noted that the new state symbol and anthem represent a significant milestone in the state history which reflects her identity and values, adding that it represents the spirit of Benue State.
“They represent the essence of who we are as a people, reflecting our values and it inspires us to strive for greatness.
“It also reminds us that we are stronger together than we are apart. We will use it to attract investors. It is a reminder of our responsibility to the State in shaping its future.
“The symbol will promote the state identity and culture. It will be used to showcase what it means to be truly Benue people.”
