Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago has approved the payment of National Examination Fees for all Students in Government-owned Schools of Health Technology who are sitting for National Examinations this year across the state.

A statement issued by Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Alhaji Abubakar Usman explained that the initiative demonstrates the governor’s unwavering commitment to advancing healthcare education and supporting aspiring healthcare professionals in the State.

The SSG explained that the Governor’s approval covers all qualifying students preparing to sit for their National Examinations in various Health Technology Programmes.

Alhaji Usman further disclosed that the gesture aims to alleviate the financial burden on Students and their families while promoting excellence in healthcare education.

He stressed that the support is expected to significantly increase the participation rate in National Examinations and contribute to producing more qualified healthcare professionals for the State.
