Kaduna State Governor Senator Uba Sani has enjoined the Muslim community in the state to preach peace, show love, sacrifice, selflessness, tolerance, and good neighborliness.
The governor stated this in an interview with the press shortly after he observed his Eid prayers alongside other Muslim faithful at Sultan Bello Mosque in Kaduna yesterday.
The Governor prayed for Allah to accept the prayers of the Muslim faithful and bless their sacrifices.
He called on the people to continue to have faith in the government, both at the State and national levels.
Gov Sani called on citizens and residents of the state to eschew all forms of unlawful behaviors capable of ruining the relative peace being enjoyed in the state.
He stressed that he is aware that a lot of people in the State and the country have been making sacrifices, supporting his government and that of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
He assured the citizens that certainly and definitely, there will be light at the end of the tunnel.
“We know what Mr. President is doing at the National level, we know the efforts he is making and I have no doubts in my mind, it’s a matter of time.
“Everything will be better and the sacrifices that people are making will not be in vain”.
