Gov. Sule pledges support for Government College Keffi 70th anniversary

The Nasarawa State Governor, Alhaji Abdullahi Sule has assured Keffi Old Boys Association (KOBA) of the support of his government and people of the state in it preparations for the 70th anniversary of the college.
The National Publicity Secretary of KOBA, Mr. John Shiklam, made this known in a statement made available to the media in Kaduna yesterday.
The statement said that the Governor lauded the contributions of the foremost Government College, Keffi, saying he is proud of the college.
“The governor was speaking when a delegation of almuni of the college, the Keffi Old Boys Association (KOBA), led by its Acting President General, Prof. Bello Salim paid him a visit at Government House, Lafia on December 5, 2019, to brief him on plans for the 70th anniversary of the college slated for next year.
Sule described the college as a great institution which he is proud of, and commended KOBA for supporting their alma-mata.
The KOBA Acting President General who was represented by a former Secretary to the Nasarawa State Government (SSG), Ambassador Umaru Suleiman Azores, solicited the support of the state government to celebrate the landmark achievements of the college which was established in 1949.
