The Bauchi State Head of Civil Service, Mr. AbdonDalla Gin has described the recent conferment of the National Honour of the Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) on His Excellency, Mal. (Dr) Isa Yuguda, by the President, GoodluckEbele Jonathan as a well-deserved one considering the contribution of the governor towards nation building.
The Head of Civil Service stated this immediately after Governor Isa Yuguda was honoured with the National award of CON, which he said is a national recognition of Governor Yuguda’s enormous contributions towards the development of the country, especially the excellent performance exhibited in all sectors he was assigned to serve.
Mr. Abdon Gin explained that the outstanding performance of the governor, especially in the banking industry which earned him the position of the MD/CEO NAL Merchant Bank, where he contributed in the development of the nation’s economic sector as well as leaving indelible marks in the Nigerian Transport industry when he served as the Minister of Transportation and Aviation respectively.
He pointed out that Malam Isa Yuguda’s performance as the people’s Governor of Bauchi state is very wonderful as apart from repositioning and re-invigorating the state civil service, he took giant strides in the Health, Agricultural, Education and transport sectors which all combined to transform Bauchi state, thereby forming an excellent part of the transformation agenda of President Goodluck Jonathan he concluded.
