Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has approved the appointment of 17 experienced professionals and forward-thinking leaders as part of efforts to accelerate his administration’s transformative agenda and strengthen good governance in the state.

The appointments were announced in a statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ibraheem Musa.
According to the statement, the appointments cut across key sectors, including infrastructure, peace and conflict resolution, political affairs, urban planning, primary healthcare, debt management, and agricultural development.

The newly appointed officials include Balarabe Muhammad Bello as Counsellor on Infrastructure; Danlami Adamu as Special Adviser on Peace and Conflict Resolution; Hon. Esther Ashievelli Dawaki as General Manager of the Kaduna State Community and Social Development Agency; and Hon. Muhammad Abubakar Mamadi as Special Adviser on Political Affairs.

Others are Yusuf Salihu, Special Adviser on Urban Planning and Development; Hon. Yahaya Baba Pate, Special Adviser on Special Duties; Abdulrahman Ibrahim, Special Adviser on Citizenship and Leadership; Hamza Ibrahim, Special Adviser on Primary Healthcare; Muutasim Billah Yusuf, Special Adviser on Debt Management; and Bashir Idris Aliyu, Special Adviser on Agricultural Development.

Also appointed are Tanko Bajo Kokwain as Board Chairman of the Kaduna State Schools Quality Assurance Authority; Shehu Usman Dantudu as Board Chairman of the Kaduna Market Development and Management Company; Samson Monday Dikko as Senior Special Assistant on Community Engagement III; Edward John Auta as Senior Special Assistant on Industrial Training and Development; and Amanda Tanko Usman as Senior Special Assistant on Contact and Mobilisation II.

Alhassan Mando and Zubairu Usman Abdullahi were also appointed as Senior Special Assistants on Special Duties III and Stakeholder Relations III, respectively.

Governor Sani congratulated the appointees and urged them to deploy their wealth of experience in the discharge of their responsibilities.

He also stressed the need for transparency, accountability, and integrity in the performance of their duties.

The statement added that the administration remains committed to transforming Kaduna State into a model state driven by sound policies, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to the collective good of the people.
