The Association of Niger Delta women for Agricultural Development called for more support for women farmers in Niger Delta region.
The President and Founder of the Association of Niger Delta Women for Agricultural Development Hon. Mrs Princess Efe Ekpokpe made the call in a statement signed by her media aid Miss Sera Ogodo.
The statement reaffirmed determination to promote agriculture in Niger Delta region through massive empowerment in modern agriculture technology in the region.
The statement emphasized the need for women to harness available opportunities, strength, creativity and resilience to drive meaningful change in the Niger-Delta region.
The Princess of the Niger Delta reiterates the vision of the Association as empowering women and transforming the Agricultural landscape of the Niger Delta.
ln her words, “our association is committed to supporting and amplifying the voices of women in Agriculture, and we are thrilled to have as part of the journey”.
The Media affairs noted that “the Association will engage in productive discussions with experts, showcase remarkable achievements, unveil exciting Initiatives aimed at enhancing the economic and social well being of women in Agriculture”.
