A group under the auspices of African Investors in Diaspora Association said it is set to empower 1% of the nation’s population through a program called; Nigeria Poverty Alleviation Stipends (N-PAS).
The President of the group, Dr. Philemon Ibrahim Gora made the declaration in kaduna yesterday.
Gora also suggested ways he intends to turn the country’s economy around if given the opportunity and needed support.
The ways according to him include sRe- establishment of the cotton factories, saying Cotton production with the aim for use in the country and also prohibiting exportation of any form or sort.
