A group known as Benue Youth Frontiers for Democracy and Good Governance,BYFRDGG has admonished Governor Hyacinth Alia to be humane, democratic and circumspect with power so as to govern within the rule of law.
Leader of the group Hon. Daniel Atayi who stated this in Makurdi on Sunday during a press conference urged the Governor to shun political vendetta and assumptions as well as disregard ill-advises from his Advisers who are already putting his name in a bad political limelight in the nation.

Comrade Akombo Samson, Coordinator, Zone B spoke against the backdrop of the delisting Of Benue Former Fiance Commissioner-Olofu from the Idoma Traditional Chiefdom Title Award, describing the act as ‘Undemocratic & Illegal.
