Gwagwalada 2022: Estate developer charges Igbos to vote for APC

An Estate Developer based in Gwagwalada Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mr Agu Okechukwu Samuel who is also a strong member of APC has charged the entire Igbos residing in Gwagwalada and its environs to vote for the APC candidates during the 2022 Area Council election.

He also urged the Igbos to vote for the Chairmanship candidate of the party, Hon. Abubakar Jibrin Giri to win the election in 2022 in order to continue with his good legacies he left behind during his first tenure.

Samuel, who gave the charge when some tribes including the Igbos in Ikwa ward defected to APC on Sunday, calling on the Igbos to continue to join the APC.

He said: “My unique message to Igbos is that they should join APC. APC is a party that is ready to accommodate the people”.

Continuing, he said: “APC is a party that does not discriminate. The movement from PDP to APC is the best movement for the electorates”. Also, the movement from PDP to APC is so sweet and smooth”.

When asked to comment on the antiparty that some politicians used to mastermind during the election, Samuel explained that once an Igbo man agreed to be with you, he would not participate or engage himself in anti-party again, saying that he was not afraid of anybody being a member of APC.

This, he said: “My call to the entire Igbos in Ikwa ward in Gwagwalada Area Council is to join APC and vote for the Honourable Abubakar Jibrin Giri to rebuild Gwagwalada to a mega city.”
