High cost of living, insurgency worry Nigerians, Musa

Date:

The high cost of living and persistent insurgency remain major concerns confronting Nigeria, a serving National Youth Service Corps member, Bunuyaminu Musa, has said.

Musa stated this while speaking with Peoples Daily as part of activities marking Nigeria’s 66th Independence anniversary.

He identified the rising cost of living as his biggest concern about the country, while also expressing worry over the continued fight against insurgency.

“My biggest concern about Nigeria today is the high cost of living,” Musa said.

He also listed the fight against insurgency as another major challenge facing the country.

Despite the difficulties, the corps member expressed optimism about Nigeria’s future, saying the country could overcome its challenges with responsible leadership and effective policies.
