The Managing Director of Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission (HYPPADEC) Alh Abubakar Sadiq Yelwa has charged all the staffs of the commission to comply with the federal government’s directives and declare their assets through the code of conduct Bureau.
Abubakar Sadiq Yelwa stated this while declaring open a 2 days training workshop, tittle,”compliance with assets declaration and code of conduct for public offecers”, organized by HYPPADEC in collaboration with code of conduct Bureau in Birnin Kebbi.
He added that the commission is committed to assets declaration with the view of aiding the government in tracking the assets and liabilities of its staff vis-a vis their income in order to mitigate unethical conducts including corruption,money laundering and fraud.
