Insecurity: Bauchi Govt commits 10,000 hunters

Bauchi State Government said it has committed 10,000 hunters as part of effort to fight insecurity.
The Senior Special Assistant to the State Governor on Security Alhaji Umaru Aliyu Alkaleri stated this yesterday while exchanging views with reporters in Bauchi.
Umaru, who is also the state Chairman of hunters Association said his members have been operating 24/7 by patrolling all nooks and crannies of the state in order to make citizens sleep with their eyes closed.
He said they have recently arrested 29 suspected kidnappers and bandits.
