Insecurity:Women Interfaith Council seeks divine intervention

Worried by the continued banditry, kidnapping and other criminal activities bedeviling kaduna State, Muslim and Christian women under the auspices of Women Interfaith Council (WIC)
yesterday held special prayer for God’s intervention to bring the menace to an end.
The prayers which was part of 2021 International Women’s Day (IWD) had in attendance both Muslim and Christian women.
Earlier, the Executive Director of WIC, Sister Veronica Onyeanisi, said the Council is a non-profit, non-partisan and non-governmental organization established in 2020 by OLA Sisters and some women faith leaders in Kaduna State.
