Gabriel Jesus joined his team-mates back in training at London Colney Wednesday morning as he steps up his recovery from injury which has stopped him featuring for Arsenal since November.
The summer signing from Man City scored five goals in 14 games in the Premier League before suffering the injury at the World Cup.
There was a great sight at London Colney Gabriel Jesus returned to full training with his teammates after missing the past four months with a knee injury.
The Brazilian striker had to undergo surgery to fix the issue picked up in Qatar back in November, and thankfully his long road to recovery is nearing an end after he joined in with Wednesday’s training session ahead of Arsenal’s trip to Sporting CP on the Europa League
It was the squad’s final chance to go through their final preparations before boarding a plane to Portugal, as they return to Europa League action on Thursday night.
It is not clear at press time if Jesus would make the trip.
