Jigawa govt signs MoU with Netherlands coy to reduce flood disaster

The Jigawa state government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with expert KWT and AVECO DE BONDT of Netherlands to reduce flood disaster in the state.
This was contained in a press statement issued and signed by Jigawa state commissioner of special duties Hon Auwalu D Sankara.
According to the statement, the signing ceremony was held at the Nigerian Embassy in Hague on Tuesday, 9th May, 2023.
The state governor Alhaji Muhammad Badaru Abubakar signed the MoU on behalf of Jigawa in the presence of Her Excellency Dr. Eniola Olaitan Ajayi, the Ambassador of Nigeria to Netherlands, the Chairman of Nigeria-Dutch Business Association and other stakeholders.
