A non governmental organizations known as Jigawa Maternal Accountability Forum (JIMAF) with support from OPTIONS embarked on massive enlightenment campaigns on basic minimum package for health services.
The campaign which was organised by JIMAF, commenced with town-hall meeting that involved relevant stakeholders in Jigawa North-Central Senatorial zone on Sunday at Birnin Kudu local government area of the state.
Speaking during the meeting, the representative of OPTIONS comrade Mustapha Kurfi said, the purpose of the meeting was to create more awareness on how beneficiaries of JICHMA can access the health services from the agency.
He explained that, it was observed that most of the beneficiaries don’t know how to access, while some are not even aware of how to access the services.
