Operatives of the Kaduna Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have arrested 36 suspected internet fraudsters.
A statement by the Spokesperson, of EFCC, Mr Dele Oyewale said the suspects, comprising 35 males and 1 female were arrested at Sabo Tasha Kaduna, Narayi High cost, and Layin Dogon Iche Samaru in the Sabon Gari Local Government Area of
He said the arrest followed credible information on their suspected involvement in internet-related offences.
Items recovered from the suspects include 43 phones and five laptops.
The statement indicated that they will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
