Kaduna Electric marks Customer Service Week

In line with global best practice, Kaduna Electric will join the rest of the corporate world to celebrate this year’s Customer Service Week.
The Customer Service Week has been set aside in the first week of October every year. This year’s commences from October 5th to 9th.
The week celebrates customers by recognising and showing appreciation for their critical role in the success of businesses worldwide.
A statement issued at the weekend by Kaduna Electric’s Head of Corporate Communication, Abdulazeez Abdullahi, said the company had been celebrating the week for the past three years and this year isn’t any different.
The statement said a series of activities has been lined up including; Customer Appreciation Day where there will be lots of fun activities such as raffle draw, games and virtual knowledge sharing.
It said Kaduna Electric’s Management team will be fully involved as they shall be manning Customer Care desks across the company’s Area Offices where they will be taking calls and attending to Customer complaints.
The statement further said in view of the existing COVID-19 protocol, all necessary measures have been put in place to ensure strict adherence. The customer is at the heart of our business hence we will continually cherish our relationship and do all we can to ensure he/she is satisfied with our services.
