Kaduna Speaker felicitates Christians at Christmas

The Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Yusuf Ibrahim Zailani felicitated with Christians all over the world as they celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ

Zailani, in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ibrahim Dahiru Danfulani on Sunday, said this period which called for celebration, also signified a period of reflection.

According to him, this period brings to the fore, the needed unity of Nigeria, which is sacrosanct, inviolable and paramount.

Zailani, who is also the Chairman of the Northern Speakers Forum, NSF, further said: “Allah says in the Holy Quran that he created mankind as races and tribes so that they may understand each other. Therefore, our being together as one is a divine design that should make us continue existing.”

He called for peaceful coexistence, and understanding among all Nigerians, just as he further urged them to continue to pray for peace to reign in Nigeria.

He prayed for God’s blessings, mercies and good tidings on this auspicious occasion.
