Hassan Hamisu Bello, a young entrepreneur from Kaduna State, is making a name for himself by converting millions of pieces of industrial textile waste into useful, eco‑friendly products.
Items that would otherwise pollute the environment are repurposed into everyday essentials such as face masks, handkerchiefs, wallets, waist belts, bow ties, and more.
A university graduate who abandoned a white‑collar career, Hassan founded Eco‑Stitch Textile Transformation, a recycling company based in Kaduna, north‑western Nigeria.
The firm focuses on reducing textile waste through creative reuse and sustainable production, turning discarded fabrics into marketable goods.
