Kano PPRO, 28 other Police officers decorated with new ranks

The Police Command in Kano State has decorated its Public Relations Officer (PPRO) Abdullahi Haruna Kiyawa, has been decorated after being promoted to the ranking Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP).
He was decorated alongside 28 officers with their new ranks during a ceremony held at the Command Headquarters in Kano on Monday.
The Commissioner of Police, Ibrahim Bakori, urged the newly promoted officers to maintain integrity, discipline, and selfless service, noting that their promotions came with greater responsibilities.
The promoted officers included two Assistant Commissioners of Police, 21 Chief Superintendents of Police, and 6 Superintendents of Police.
Bakori charged the officers to demonstrate exceptional leadership and accountability in addressing security challenges facing the nation.
The ceremony was attended by senior officers, invited guests, members of the press, and family members of the honourees.
