Kanu Nawkwo meets former manager, Wenger in Cairo

Former Super Eagles captain and Nigeria football legend, Kanu Nwankwo met his former manager Arsene Wenger in Cairo during the 2019 CAF Awards yesterday
Announcing the meeting, Kanu, fondly called Papilo wrote on his twitter account “The #CAFAwards2019, where legends of the game are at tonight!”
It could be recalled that Kanu shone like a million star under Wenger despite having limited time on the field.
Kanu Nwankwo is among the ex-Super Eagles players invited to Cairo by CAF for the award. Others were Daniel Amokachi, Austin Okocha, among others.
