Worship, from time immemorial, has been viewed as a medium of expressing total surrender to an equal, higher, and, in most cases, a supreme being. Through history books and contemporary pages, we’ve seen the act of worship expressed in varying forms, but none of these forms does as much justice to the theme as music.
Renowned Nigerian saxophonist, songwriter, and composer, KaySax, not only understands the intricacies of committing himself fully to God through worship but has also mastered the art of leading his audience to God through his music.
“Worship Medley”, one of the singles in his spiritually charged repertoire, brilliantly calls everyone to a place of reverence and obeisance. Over the course of its 10-minute runtime, KaySax puts his skills on the saxophone to great use, assisted by other instrumentalists and a backing choir.
