The Kaduna State Government has acknowledged the support of the Gates Foundation in strengthening the health sector and saving lives in a meaningful way.
Deputy Governor Dr. Hadiza Balarabe made this statement during a courtesy visit from the Gates Foundation team at Sir Kashim Ibrahim House on Monday. She emphasized that the Senator Uba Sani administration is “fully committed to a deeper and stronger partnership with the Gates Foundation.”
As a medical doctor, Dr. Balarabe expressed her appreciation for the Foundation’s alignment with Kaduna’s values. “The Gates Foundation is driven by a profound belief in human dignity, which resonates strongly with us in Kaduna. Your approach reinforces our commitment to compassionate governance—one that listens, learns, and responds with sincerity,” she stated.
