The Senior Special Assistant (SSA) Public Affairs to Governor Uba Sani Victor Mathew Bobai, has described the Chief of Staff to Kaduna State Governor Senator Uba Sani, Mallam Sani Liman Kila, as a man who prioritizes facts over fiction, progress over politicking, and fairness over favoritism.

This was contained in a statement made available to the media in Kaduna yesterday.

He added that these qualities made him the formidable force and a silent engine powering the administration of Governor Uba Sani.
