From Femi Oyelola in Kaduna
The Senior Special Assistant (SSA) Public Affairs to Governor Uba Sani Victor Mathew Bobai, has described the Chief of Staff to Kaduna State Governor Senator Uba Sani, Mallam Sani Liman Kila, as a man who prioritizes facts over fiction, progress over politicking, and fairness over favoritism.
This was contained in a statement made available to the media in Kaduna yesterday.
He added that these qualities made him the formidable force and a silent engine powering the administration of Governor Uba Sani.
The statement stated that as Chief of Staff, Kila has not only earned the respect of political appointees but has also cemented himself as a guardian of the Governor’s vision, ensuring that policies and decisions are executed effectively.
According to him those who have worked closely with him will attest to his unwavering commitment to truth, transparency, and accountability. Unlike many in politics who rely on propaganda, Sani Kila has always insisted on factual narratives, ensuring that Governor Uba Sani’s achievements are communicated with clarity and integrity.
“I recall the numerous times he reached out to me as Senior Special Assistant (SSA) Public Affairs, emphasizing the need for accurate and detailed public communication. His words still resonate:
“Bobai, make sure you are precise and factual. Give them the very details and don’t use propaganda to educate the general public. We have enough data. Don’t attack personalities—stay focused on development strides.”
Bobai disclosed that these are not just words but a reflection of his disciplined approach to governance—one that prioritizes facts over fiction, progress over politicking, and fairness over favoritism.
He stressed that Mal. Sani Liman Kila works behind the scenes, ensuring that Governor Uba Sani’s leadership remains inclusive, strategic, and people-centered.
“ He has mastered the delicate balance between power and humility, making sure that the administration remains focused on delivering development, not settling political scores.
“As a true party man and a committed administrator, he will go to any length to protect Governor Uba Sani’s legacy, ensuring that Kaduna State remains a model of progressive governance. His influence extends beyond governance mechanics—he has become a bridge-builder, fostering unity among political appointees and stakeholders to keep the administration running smoothly.”
