Kwali: Council leaders tasked on teamwork, commitment

In order to ensure accelerated grassroots development in Kwali Area Council, the FCT chapter of All Progressives Congress, APC, has called on the executives to work as a team and be more committed to formulation and execution of peoples-oriented programmes, thereby ensuring the party’s success across the area.
According to the FCT APC chairman, Alhaji Abdulmalik Usman, who made the point, said for the party to achieve success and wax stronger, all the executives must work as a team.
He made this assertion at the inauguration of Kwali Area Council APC newly elected executives at the Secretariat.
He said the best way for achieving success in the party was to ensure that the leaders work as a team without compromise, saying the ruling party would always stand in defence of the masses through creating job opportunities for the youth.
On his part, chairman of the Kwali APC chapter, Alhaji Adamu Sheda, who spoke on behalf of other executives commended the state executives for ensuring a hitch free congress, saying he and his members would work as a team in order to ensure that the party wax stronger and win in 2019 election.
He said it was their desire to ensure that the ruling APC give the best result to the people, assuring them that they would not let any issue that will undermine the progress of the party in Kwali.
However, the chairman of Kwali Area Council, Mr. Joseph K. Shazin, urged the party executives to ensure that each of them play their roles according to their portfolios.
The FCT APC executives later proceeded on inspection of some projects executed by the council chairman within the area.
