Lagos PDP Secretary, Dosunmu Shodipe is dead

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos has lost its Secretary, Muiz Dosunmu Shodipe.
Taofik Gani, the Publicity Secretary, made the announcement in a statement.
The spokesman described Shodipe’s demise as a great loss.
The party noted that the occurrence may slow the reengineering of the platform in Lagos.
Gani said the PDP has submitted to the will of God and prayed for the repose of the departed.
The chapter further prayed for the family to have the fortitude to bear the loss.
The party directed all her flags across the state be flown at half-mast and organisation of special prayers.
The news came two weeks after death of All Progressives Congress (APC) Treasurer in Lagos, Sumbo Ajose.
The 55-year-old passed away in the United States of America after an illness.
