A one-day training workshop on “Developing Leadership Competencies” has been successfully conducted for the staff of Presco Plc, facilitated by a seasoned expert.
The workshop, organized by Wilson & Wilson Management Consulting Ltd, brought together 20 participants from various departments within the organization.
The facilitator at the workshop, Rev. David Ugolor, in a statement said the session covered essential topics, including introduction to leadership, theories of leadership, and leadership styles.
Rev. Ugolor, who is the Executive Director of African Network for Environmental and Economic Justice (ANEEJ), disclosed that participants gained insights into emotional intelligence and self-awareness, crucial for effective leadership.
The workshop emphasized the importance of strategic thinking and leading change in today’s fast-paced business environment.
