FCT Minister of State, Dr. Mariya Mahmoud has expressed profound sorrow on the news of the passing of Hajiya Hadiza Adamu Baba, wife of His Royal Majesty, Ona of Abaji, Dr. Adamu Baba Yunusa.
Mahmoud, in a condolence letter, extends heartfelt condolences to the monarch, the royal family, and the people of Abaji.
She acknowledged the irreplaceable loss and the deep pain caused by this bereavement.
The minister honoured the late Hajiya Hadiza Adamu Baba for her legacy of compassion, dignity, and steadfast support to the throne, which would remain forever cherished.
“On behalf of the Federal Capital Territory Administration and my family, I extend my heartfelt condolences to Your Royal Majesty, the Royal Family, and the entire people of Abaji.
“The death of a wife is an irreplaceable loss, and I can only imagine the pain and grief that this sad occurrence has brought upon you. Her legacy of compassion, dignity, and support to the throne will forever be remembered.
“At this moment of mourning, I pray that Almighty Allah grants her Aljannah Firdaus, and may He also grant Your Royal Majesty and the family the fortitude to bear this painful loss.
