Maina has no case to answer with AGF -Aide

The embattled former chairman of the defunct Pension Reform Task Force, Mr. Abdurasheed Maina, has no case to answer with the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF), nor does he have any case to answer with any organs of this administration.
The Media Adviser to Maina, Abdullahi Usman disclosed this in a statement made available to the media in Kaduna yesterday.
According to him, Maina has been working with the Minister of Justice and other security agencies to recover looted funds for the Buhari administration.
Usman who was reacting to a national daily (not Peoples Daily) publication that the AGF has ordered the prosecution of the former chairman of defunct Pension Reform Task Force, said this is a blatant lies and insensitive kangaroo journalism.
He added that Maina has never had any such issue with the AGF and feud between Maina and the EFCC is nothing new but politically motivated.
Usman alleged that those who looted pension funds in their bid to cover up, are desperately seeking every possible means of eliminating the defunct Pension Reform Task Force Mr. Abdurasheed Maina.
