Senate President, David Mark yesterday extolled the good virtues of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan as a humble man who will deliver the country from underdevelopment if re-elected.
Mark who said this in Otukpo during Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) rally held at the Ochi’Idoma Square, x-rayed the achievements of the President in Idomaland particularly in the near completion of the Oweto bridge which he promised the people in 2011, the establishment of the National Open University (NOUN) that awards degrees, ongoing construction of the Makurdi/Enugu road, N12 billion Otobi dam, School of Health Science, amongst several other projects.
He also noted the transformation agenda of the President in key sectors of the economy including agriculture especially in the provision of fertilizer and seedlings and other farm inputs and funding to farmers as well as rehabilitation of the rail system.
“Based on these achievements, our President has done extremely well and as such deserves to be re-elected. Therefore I urge all of you to vote massively for him on February 14th, 2015”, Mark appealed.
Minister of Interior, Comrade Abba Moro said there is no alternative to President Goodluck Jonathan and the Senate President Sen. David Mark because of their track record of performance.
While Governor Gsbriel Suswam lauded Mark as an outstanding democrat, adding that he is a man of substance, honor and integrity.
He further described Mark as a great stabilizer of Nigerian democracy who should be re-elected to ensure unity of the country.
Suswam who is the North-central coordinator for President Goodluck Jonathan campaign organization said the President is the only man who has answers to the problems plaguing Nigeria.
