The Court of Appeal has scheduled Wednesday, November 15, for hearing in the appeal brought forward by Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State.
Sule is challenging the split decision of the governorship election petition tribunal, which had favoured David Ombugadu, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state, and ousting him from office.
Nasiru Alhassan, the Electronic Desk Officer of the Court of Appeal, issued a notice to the concerned parties confirming the set date for the hearing. The proceedings are scheduled to commence at 9 am at the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division.
