Nasarawa state government has assured media practitioners in the state a level playing ground to carryout their legitimate duties in the state in order to propagate government policies and programmes for the overall development of the state.
Senior Special Adviser to governor Sule on public Affairs Mr Peter Ahemba who gave the assurance during a briefing with the members of the correspondents’ chapel of NUJ Nasarawa state, calling on them to give the government the necessary support in terms of publicity.
According to him” Media play a vital role in every society, No government can succeed without the media. Always verify your your stories before publication, Í urged you to continue to support the administration of góvernor Sule so that together we can move the state forward”
Responding ,the charman of correspondent chapel Nasarawa state Mr Isaac Ukpoju further assured the government of mutual working and support forthe purpose of development.
