Nassarawa NCWS advocates stiffer penalty for rapists

Nasarawa State President National Council for Women Societies Mrs. Aisha Ndoma has advocated for a stiffer punishment to the perpetrators of rape in the country.
Aisha who made the lamentation during their quarterly meeting held in Lafia expressed concern on the increasing cases of rape in Nasarawa and the country.
“We condemned in totality the increasing rate of rape in Nigeria. The act is unfortunate. We as mothers are not happy with these heinous behaviours meted against women in the society.
