“The medical outreach included blood pressure (BP) tests, HIV and hepatitis screenings, health education, and various other social welfare services.”

The CP, while addressing the public, reaffirmed the command’s commitment to fostering a strong relationship with the community by prioritizing public safety, health, and well-being.

CP Muhammad emphasized that initiatives such as these reflect the police force’s dedication beyond law enforcement, highlighting its role in community development.

He also thanks President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun for approving April 7th of every year to be National Police Day.

Responding, some residents expressed their appreciation for the outreach, noting the positive impact of such engagements in improving public health and strengthening trust between police and the community.
