The Director-General of NACA, Prof. John Idoko, alongside other experts and academics are also expected to feature at the occasion.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the Federal Government, in partnership with state governments, has recorded huge success in beating back the scourge of HIV and AIDS, through effective sensitization campaigns and funding.

The success recorded was as a result of the donor agencies’ commitment in fighting the disease and timely release of counterpart funding by states across the country.

The fall in the prevalence rate of the disease in the country had been attributed to the resolve of more people coming out to declare their HIV and AIDS status.. (NAN)
