The newly vice chancellor of the Federal University Dutse (FUD) Professor Abdulkarim Sabo Mohammed promised to do all his best and ensure that FUD turn to modern and degital University.
VC Mohammed dropped the hint during a press conference and media parley held at Senate chamber in the university premises.
He explained that, part of his vision is to make the University Dutse a modern and technically advance learning centre that is internally recognized, with untainted reputation leading the development of learned, dynamic and moral society.
According to him, before the elapse of his tenure he will make sure that e-learning methods and technologies are introduced and strengthening of research through international collaboration and grant acquisition.
He said, information technology and e-learing with research and development ,healthy staff-staff and staff students relationship should be part of his specific developmental goals.
Professor Mohammed also promised to work tirelessly and ensure the establishment of faculties of Law and engineering before the elapse of his tenure.
The VC then assured more welfare to staffs and enhance internal revenue generation through commercialization of University farm, improvements and diversification of commercial activities in the university entrepreneur centre.
